### Payment & Renewal

 

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You must provide a valid payment method (bank account or debit/credit card). 

 

**How to Cancel:**

• Type "cancel" in the mobile app, or  

• Email us at coach@acceptyourwealth.com  

 

### Refund Policy

 

• **Grace Period:** Cancel within 27 days of initial signup for automatic refund within 4 working days  

• **After Grace Period:** Subscription fees are non-refundable  

• **Grace Period Ends:** If you open an AYWA Card, take a Cash Advance, or delete your account  

• **Mobile Subscriptions:** No refunds after subscribing

## 4. Cash Advance Service

 

Our Cash Advance Service (an Earned Wage Access service) allows you to access advances on your anticipated income to cover unexpected expenses.

• **Non-recourse:** You have no obligation to repay a Cash Advance  

• **Maximum amounts:** $250 (standard) or $500 (Direct Deposit customers)  

• **No cost:** The service is provided at no charge to you  

• **Express option:** Pay $3.99-$9.99 for 24-hour delivery (optional)

Request a Cash Advance through the app or by emailing coach@acceptyourwealth.com. Advances typically arrive within 4 business days. Your eligibility and amount are determined by analyzing your transaction and deposit history.

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so some restrictions may not apply to you.

## 16. Dispute Resolution

 

### Informal Resolution Required

 

Before filing any formal proceeding, you must submit a Notice of Dispute to coach@acceptyourwealth.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for 60 days.

 

### Binding Arbitration

 

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless you opt out within 60 days by emailing coach@acceptyourwealth.com.

 

### No Class Actions

 

Arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

 

### Opt-Out Right

 

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to coach@acceptyourwealth.com within 60 days of accepting these Terms.

This Agreement is governed by Delaware law (for U.S. residents) and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict of law principles.
